"The front desk staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our kids were happy to see a play area directly inside the lobby too.
The room was nice, and it was useful to have a water dispenser on every level.
Breakfast was good, selection could have been better but it was perfectly fine for a great start.
The pool and spa facilities were a nice touch with both a proper steam room and sauna. I advise to go earlier as it can get busy with families in the pool. Gym is well kitted...

"Hotel looking very tired.
3 black bin bags and a broken cup remained in the corridor for 2 days and was still there when I left.
Booked a double room but was given one with 3 beds, window didn’t open. Nowhere to put any wash bags etc in the bathroom.
Bed was comfy and food was ok.
Be aware if you book to stay via a third party app like Expedia, the hotel will charge you £10 per night to park in the car park"

"The hotel is nice. The hotel pub is the same. And the staff is polite. The coffee machine DID NOT WORK in the room. You couldn’t even put the mug (from the hotel room not my personal one) to pour coffee in it because it is too big. In the room there are no sockets. I wanted to charge my laptop and other devices, I didn’t have where. There are two “sockets” on one side and the other of the bed STRICTLY for phone cables. Meaning you insert the cable directly. "The hotel is modern and therefore has contemporary facilities. We use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room on two occasions they were all clean and hygienic.
The hotel is slightly outside the centre of the city but easily accessible and we’re able to drive along the coast and see the beautiful coastline."

"Check in was quick and efficient and when we were given the wrong bed they moved us easily.
Our room was spacious with a separate seating area. A massive bath with separate shower. The 2 windows gave us spectacular views. It was an easy walk to the Principality Stadium, straight through the town centre.
Only issue was the breakfast hot table was broken so food was only warm. We were not told about this problem until I asked if they realised the food wasn't hot. Apparently the electrician who...

"At the arrival and going to our room there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel I asked at the reception to have 1of each brought to our room but it did not happened also the bathtub is either very badly stained or just not cleaned properly so we felt that we could not have a shower in it
The hotel bar was very good and staff very friendly the breakfast was very nice plenty of everything
Thank you we still enjoyed our stay"
