Cari Hotel di Valais

"Endroit merveilleux et silencieux. Personnel juste incroyable, à l'ecoute et tres aimable. Le restaurant est très bien. Je recommande vivement cet établissement."

"Good location walkable distance to CittCity Centre and train stations. We selected a room with a balcony that can see the Matterhorn but it’s a big pity that there is a construction crane in the foreground during our stay. Breakfast area is very cosy."

"Very nice hotel. The town of Zermatt is very small so you can basically walk everywhere or take the city transit."

"Excellent"

"This our second stay here, we like the roof top patio as the main reason we stay here, we like to sit outside during the day and late evenings, there are chairs and patio furniture and if the weather is cooperating you can see matterhorn from the rooftop. Breakfast was plentiful with boiled eggs, yogurt, cheeses and assortment of bread and sliced ham, salami and fruit and vegetables. Rooms were small but expected we opted for no room cleaning to get a free drink the next day, new towels...

"Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better....

"The property is a short walk from the railway station and major attractions. The room was big and spacious. However, it was pretty dusty - the walls were covered in dust and so was the bedsheet/blanket. Also, there is no front desk in the property, so one has to walk across the street to Hotel Simi for any assistance."

"My family had a great stay, thanks to the exceptional service of the staff especially to Laura. She was very helpful."
