"Staff were warm and friendly especially the bartenders whose names I can’t remember. There was this one guy who was courteous to point out a few hotspots nearby which made my overnight stay better. Thank you ;) I enjoyed the ambiance, heated towel racks and warm bathroom floor. It was short stay but good place to stay. I would visit again and recommend to others."

"It was a wonderful place for our family to enjoy Christmas. The suite with loft was perfect to give our kids extra space. The staff was very kind and helpful with all requests, from hiking suggestions to dinner reservations."

"This is an amazing hotel. Great room friendly owners and workers, amazing location. The breakfast is really good. They even accommodate making fresh eggs and a vegetarian omelette. They let us pick nick in the front garden and even gave a free ride to the bus stop. I would go back 100 times."

"We stayed in Phoenix hotel in Zermatt for 4 nights. I really can’t think of anything negative. From the location to check in to our room and hotel cleanliness, the fabulous breakfast, the Swiss hospitality, all helped us have a flawless ski vacation in Zermatt.
