"The staff was very helpful in helping us obtain a private transfer to the hotel. The rooms are fairly small but i guess that’s to be expected in the historical district. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The rooftop bar is very nice as is the pool area."

"The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The views of the city were amazing as well as the location right on the Arno near Ponte Vecchio. The ONLY complaint I would give is the size of the shower in our room- too small, but that’s just being very picky"

"Highly recommend this. While short walk to everywhere in the city, the garden and pool are so secluded you get the best of both worlds. Breakfast was included, and having late night wine in the garden could not have been more perfect"

"The indoor pool was undergoing maintenance and the outdoor pool closed at 7, not the 10pm advertised in the hostel’s messages after checking in. The restaurant advertises itself online as being flexible for gluten free/ vegetarian/ vegan. When sitting down and asking, nothing was completely gluten free and only the three meat dishes and one pasta dish could be made gluten free. We ate elsewhere. Clean rooms and friendly staff, good for a basic hostel stay. Air conditioning in the rooms, however...

"Exceptional service and clean rooms. We had a triple room, and it was a bit on the small side with limited storage. However, we found it comfortable and would stay there again. It’s a bit of a hike to the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and lovely views along the river."
