"Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. "

"We stayed at Bahía Príncipe Luxury Akumal for three nights and four days, and everything was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the entire resort was very clean and well maintained.

"Everything was wonderful and everyone was so kind and helpful
The only complaints would be was the food was very salty and also all of the buffet food was cold unless you had them cook it right there in front of you,
I will definitely recommend this to anyone and I’m looking forward to returning"
