"Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was great, bar was great, and the complementary breakfast was sooooo good. Didn’t taste like the typical comp breakfast. And the man who was making the omelettes was singing his absolute heart out by himself and I loved it, haha. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in Syracuse :) "

"The room was clean. The bathroom had no heat. The fire alarm went off and the front desk staff said not to worry. The fire department will probably come and the cute firefighters. "

"Room was freshly painted but not overall exceptionally clean. AC was very loud where it was impossible to sleep with it on. Bathroom door didnt latch and water was going down very slowly in the entire bathroom. Breakfast had very limited options. Overall, it was still ok for the price. "

"Our booked room wasnt clean on arrival, they offered us a different room, luckily it worked for us, we changed rooms, and they were able to accomidate with coupons to the resturant. "

"The room door wouldn't close when we arrived. Although we weren't happy to have to drag all our luggage back downstairs to the desk, the staff was super kind and gave us a new room immediately. Maintenance was on it right away. No complaints!"

"The property was very clean. At the front you have an option to self check in which was very smooth. The room was very clean and spacious. Best part was no carpet in the room. Ample of parking around the hotel and there is Dunkins and Dennys within the walk in distance."

"The hotel was okay. It seemed dated, but was comfortable enough. It used to be a best western. We used the hot tub, but the jets weren’t working, and when we noticed an oily film on the water, we got out and showered. The breakfast was good - eggs and bacon, cereal options, muffins and oatmeal. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, the price was good, and the stay was comfortable. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the hot tub, which we were really looking forward to....

"Staff friendly. Check in was a breeze. Parking easy and convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. (And I am a bit of a clean freak) Only stayed one night but would definitely stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to others."

"Kiki checked me in and was very sweet. When I walked in my room, temp was set to 52! The bathroom door couldn’t open up all the way because it hit the sink. Weird! And there were no plugs anywhere! I couldn’t plug in my phone to charge - only in the bathroom. "
