"The hotel looked like it was in the process of being updated. Our room was a bit old fashioned and there weren’t many additional outlets for charging. The pool was a bit of a let down. The hot tub was blocked off and the bottom of the pool felt crumbly. Towels were definitely in need of replacing. The food was great though. The lobster ravioli was heaven. Other than pizza, wasn’t much for the kids to eat. "

"It is a great place to stay, in a beautiful Harbor and view, with excellent staff, property is very well maintained. No complaints. We will return soon to enjoy this hotel again"

"Good breakfast. No usb outlets in room; take a plug with you. Room really needs redoing/update. Very worn furniture, curtains(blackout backing cracked with spots missing), flush seat peeling apart. "

"As an ex Hotel front desk manager and 5 star auditor . This place his maintain with the highest standards. The area is also very safe . I do make inspection of my room when i check in . Nothing to say . This is a place where you have more than what you paid for ! Awesome keep up the good work ! "

"Didn't get to meet any staff personally, but the response to messages was prompt and friendly. Room was clean with little extras like swan towel and a welcome tray and parking was close to front door and set aside specifically for the guests. The only drawbacks some ppl might have, would be a shared kitchen and the stairs to get to rooms, but even I have had double knee replacement and was able to do them pretty easily, just taking my time. And we didn't mind the shared kitchen, it was stocked...
