Hotel murah di Phoenix

"Easy check in, always love the suite rooms because it makes it feel like an apartment. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned very well. I like to unpack and use the drawers as if I was home. There were random pills in the night stand drawers, one on the floor by the same night stand. The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor. There were toe nail clippings on the floor near the foot of the bed and by the couch so clearly it...

"Great place near everything"

"I have stayed at the property over a period of twenty years once a year for a weekend trip. It has become very dirty as if there are never any improvements done. The rooms smelled terrible and the entire place had a stench you could not escape. We checked out one day early and decided to go home early as it was unacceptable to sleep in the hotel any more. I would recommend a complete renovation. It would seem some of the guests were full time residents also. Just a disgusting experience."

"Great location near town center. Great breakfast. Super clean. Big back yard with Adirondack chairs and a koi pond. Very peaceful. "

"The staff was very friendly, and we really liked the breakfast. The only problem we had was that the TV was not working, just kept buffering. And there was no regular coffee for the coffee maker in the room, just decaf."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price: they had breakfast sandwiches that could be heated up in the microwave and a machine to make your own waffles. Coffee and juice were good. The facility and rooms were well cleaned but there is an HVAC/ ventilation issue. The main issue that we would want addressed before staying again is that the rooms do not smell fresh-- windows cannot be opened and the rooms smell musty and like mildew. This was a beautiful hotel probably...

"Good value but needs a refresh"

"sound insulation is no good. noise came in when people running or simply walking past the door. The bathroom ventilation fan makes noise throughout the night,"

"Found a dead bed bug. Pool was unusable. AC didn't maintain temp. Parking lot not lit well. Restaurant closed. Appeared to be people living there. Not a safe feeling atmosphere."

"The room was clean. We had to give 100$ at check-in to cover anything we might ruin or steal, but they never checked the room before they returned the cash at checkout. I guess you could put ithe 100$ on your credit card if you didn't want to use cash. The breakfast muffins were good.we wanted a place to sleep that was close to our event and clean and Best Western was fine. Easy parking."

"Upon checking in, we were greeted by several men sitting on the floor on both sides of the very long hallway. It gave me homeless shelter vibes. I counted at least 6 people sitting in the hallway. This should not be allowed. It was very creepy and unacceptable! No hotel should allow this. I didn't want to leave my wife alone to get water, snacks, etc.. It's a shame because the room itself was decent. Overall, a very bad experience. "
