"Jambo!
Geweldig personeel, with a smile!
Soepen vaak...

"Breakfast was nice. This hotel is near the sights in Stone Town. Walk through the narrow shopping streets to the slave market in just a few minutes. Freddie Mercury residence is just around the corner from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, although I did have to ask 4 times to get the TV working."

"Absolutely first class holiday and resort. Food was exceptionally good, both in the a La Carte restaurants and the buffet, grounds were immaculate, staff were friendly and warm. The pool areas and raised beach were fabulous.
If you had a question or needed help with something, dial 9 and reception staff sorted it without ever needing to leave your room.
Without doubt one of our best holidays ever and we will be going back next year without a doubt.
The only note of caution would relate to...

The staff were exceptional — every single member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly exceeded expectations. The spa was the best ever."
