Hotel atypique style africain safari, on était un couple avec un nourrisson, on a eu la chambre 178 c'était difficile de se déplacer de la chambre vers la piscine / restaurant du soir car trajet trop long. Si non personnel aimable, il faut surtout pas sortir vers la plage car les locaux te saute dessus pour espérer de vendre un truc.. si non globalement cest un bon hotel qui represente l'Afrique.

It was a lovely spacious hotel with a beautiful African theme spread out in beautiful grounds. The staff were lovely especially Hassan, the Bar Manager and the Animator boys Godgift, Marco and Festo who were great fun. We really enjoyed our holiday there.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage, wird jeden Tag gut gereinigt. Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr geräumig und immer gut gesäubert. Betten werden liebevoll dekoriert. Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Einzig das Personal beim Abendessen hat einige Defizite in der Handhabung der Getränkerechnung. Man muss diese genau kontrollieren, bevor man unterschreibt, da häufig einiges durcheinander geht. Sonst ist das Personal sehr freundlich . Der Strand, die Liegen und die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Man muss beim Personal ein Auge zudrücken, schließlich ist man in Afrika!

Absolutely incredible! Fantastic beyond believe . It was so good I booked an additional 3 nights . I could not fault a single aspect of the resort . I was a lone traveler , and every single member of staff including the managers and manager of the resort made me feel like a member of the family . They were all so warm friendly and welcoming, and I will genuinely miss chatting to them . The location is superb and the beach and ocean views incredible. The food was fantastic and I would like to extend a massive thank you to every single member of staff! Nothing was too much trouble for this wonder people . Matthew

This place is truly African heritage. From the file folders to the furniture. I only missed an africanised sticker on the mini fridge. The staff is warm, place clean, daily activities to keep you healthy n fit. This is a place of the definite return to.

Offre trompeuse ! C est lamentable ! Nous avons réservé 2 chambres doubles pensant payer pour 4 personnes et au final avons dû payer un supplément pour 2 personnes de 1300 dollars ! The hotel could be so much better with a little improvement to the toilets in the rooms and by training staff to have a more consistent experience. We loved the amenities and proximity to the beach. The pool area is quite nice but lacks atmosphere- the only time they play music is during water yoga each day at lunchtime. Most staff were very friendly but a few were really difficult. We asked to move rooms on day 1 as we had paid for a double room and got two singles pushed together- a real pet hate. It took a day to resolve and the next bed was much better but we had a nasty smell in the bathroom and in the area outside- we didn’t even bother complaining as the experience of moving room had been such an ordeal. Food is really good. Evening entertainment during dinner was quite nice but the setup was very strange with the bands playing facing a screen with half the diners hidden from view. The water in the sea here was an amazing temperature and you can swim easily when the tide is in. The “beach boys” that hawk all sorts of souvenirs on the beach were quite annoying- they were generally polite but would not accept “no” for an answer and will follow you for an uncomfortably long time when you try to just enjoy a nice walk on the beach. This is nothing the hotel can control. Overall we liked the place and probably would have rated it higher if we had been dealt with more professionally on the first two days

Vacanza piacevole e rilassante

Il resort sorge direttamente sul mare, le camere sono un po' datate e necessitano di un make up comunque sono pulite e ordinate. I sevizi sono di buon livello, tutto il personale è stato veramente cortese e molto ospitale, il breakfast ha una buona scelta di dolce e salato con possibilità di avere le uova cucinate sul momento da un cuoco. Il ristorante a bordo piscina molto carino, il servizio è a buffet, tutte le sere c'è una cena a tema diverso con accompagnamento musicale. Il servizio bar è buono e veloce. La spiaggia molto bella con ombrelloni e caratteristici lettini di artigianato locale. La clientela internazionale. Una pecca è il servizio WI-Fi che è a pagamento ma funziona malissimo

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Service.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem sehr gepflegtem Strandbereich direkt am Meer. Auch die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Sieht wirklich toll aus. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, haben einen schönen grossen Balkon und werden jeden Tag sehr sauber geputzt. Am Abend wird das Bett vorbereitet, was ein toller Service ist. Das Essen im Hotel ist ausgezeichnet. Jeden Tag gibt es ein anderes Motto (Asia Night, BBQ, Ocean Night ect.) Es gibt beim Essen immer tolle Bands. Man freut sich richtig auf das Abendessen. Der Service im Hotel ist auch toll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein wirklich sehr tolles Hotel.

Zum Wolfühlen

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Hotel verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt, die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber, mit Klimaanlage und Moskitonetz. Das Frühstück ist Spitzenklasse und auch das Abendbuffet ist gut und bietet eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Die Getränkepreise (wir hatten Halbpension) sind ok (z.B. das Bier für USD 4,50), so dass sich für und das All Inclusive nicht gelohnt hätte. Besonders hervorzuheben sind aber die jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlichen, gut gelaunten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, die in hohem Maße zum Wohlfühlfaktor beitragen. Es gibt eigentlich nur zwei kleine Kritikpunkte, wifi auf dem Zimmer kostet extra (USD 20 für 2 Wochen) und das freie wifi an den Bars ist extrem langsam, oder „Pole, Pole“ :-) aber alles in allem hakuna matata (kein Problem). Danke für 2 schöne Wochen.

My wife and I booked our stay here for our belated honeymoon. From the day we made the reservation, the staff was communicative and engaged, corresponding with us via the Expedia messaging system. When we landed at the airport, the transfer they had arranged for us ($60 each way) was waiting and was very friendly and professional. The van we rode in was clean and comfortable. The ride took about 40 minutes. When we got to the hotel I wasn't sure what to think, because the signage outside the compound and the road leading to the gate are a bit worn down, but once you pull through the gate it's just fantastic. Everything looks great; it's clean, and looks like it's constantly and consistently maintained. Our check-in couldn't have been easier, we were given some fresh juice and then briefed on things like breakfast/dinner hours, wifi, etc... by one of the managers. Staff helped us with our bags to our villa, and it didn't disappoint--nice king bed, TV, A/C, a beautiful wrap-around bathroom, we couldn't have been happier. The facilities are all great--the pool was large and not overly crowded, the beach is literally just a few steps from the pool, and the swim-up bar makes drinking even easier. Every meal was fantastic; the breakfast buffet is NOT to be missed, and every night was a different dinner buffet theme (Mediterranean night, BBQ night, etc...). We would 100% go back, this place was great.
