"The property itself is very nice. Didn’t realize it was in a secluded area that’s isolated and difficult to get in and out of. Within this area there are restaurants and beach clubs which aren’t included, and everything is so much more expensive than regular prices in Bali. But they can charge more cuz you don’t have access to anything else. The Expedia ad makes it seem like the beach club utopia and all is included, but the only thing it includes is the entrance. "Our stay at Nirjhara was amazing! We booked the jungle pool pavilion room and it was quite literally perfection. From the time we checked in until the day we left, we were greeted by name, with professionalism, kindness and with genuine warm smiles. The staff really raised the bar at this hotel. "A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...

"The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was amazing. However, they definitely need to improve on sealing the rooms as there are so many large gaps on every window and door as our kids had so many mosquito bites. They also need to close off the outdoor bathroom as my wife was unable to shower or use the bath tub in private as there was a room directly above the open bathrooms, there were also lots of ants and bugs crawling all over the bath tub so we couldn't enjoy it."

Staff super friendly , always kind and helpful . Great on site restaurant, tasty , thoughtful and generous menu. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was superb. Highly recommend this place ! "I came to Nadi seeking space and quiet, and that is exactly what I received. The food was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful, and the whole experience gave me exactly what I needed at this time. "We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back. "
