"This hotel is a beautiful and quiet oasis away from busy Ubud. We would have loved to stay longer. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, food was excellent, and our room spacious and well furnished w a private garden and plunge pool. The spa area is beautiful as well, and my massage was great. A wonderful experience all around."

Firstly, there is no iron readily available in the room, and when we requested one, we were informed that there are only two irons for the entire hotel. Secondly, when we sent our shirts and shawls for laundry ironing service, the hotel returned them folded, not on hangers. It seems counterintuitive to iron clothes only to fold them afterward. "I would stay here again. Staff was helpful, and check-in/check-out was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. And I appreciated having a coffee machine and water dispenser. The bathroom showed a few signs of wear, but not bad at all, and the shower head was wonderful with great water pressure. "It was a beautiful setting. We had a fantastic time. We had one of the rooms not the villas. It was a very big and spacious room and we worked well. The fresh water machine was great and the coffee maker is always a welcome bonus. All the team that worked the restaurant did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble. The afternoon tea snacks were lovely."
