"Great location on corner of the beech with panoramic views of Copacabana Beech. It is the tallest building on the beech. Staff knows English and were very helpful. Hotel gave us full access to the facility with showers after checking out last day before all night flight home. They provide chairs and umbrellas on the beech. The beech bars are awesome near by. The breakfast buffet is well worth including in the package with excellent service and variety of breakfast food to fuel your day. ...

"We stayed at the hotel with family and friends for a week to attend a wedding It was very convenient, in a safe area and is well maintained. the housekeeping staff do a great job We ate at Canto several times - Food and service is excellent During our stay there was a festival lunch in the Grand Ballroom - the buffet spread, music and service was marvellous The highlight for us was The Grand Club. "Hotel confortável e, como destaque, a qualidade da equipe, especialmente no café da manhã. Ótimo café da manhã. Ar condicionado funciona muito bem. Belas obras de arte por todo o hotel. Um privilégio! A piscina é decepcionante, pois nessa época do ano não pega sol. Falta manutenção hidráulica do apto 637. A louca do café da manhã, precisa ser renovada, especialmente os pratos de sobremesa da Tramontina, em sua maioria lascados. Um hotel desse gabarito não pode se permitir louça lascada."

"This hotel was amazing! I was nervous after booking it as i saw a lot of bad reviews. The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing and the location is perfect! Carlos at the front desk upgraded our room and made check in a breeze. The roof top pool is also amazing. I definitely would recommend this hotel. "

"This was my 10th time to visit Rio, and I took three friends who had never been to this amazing city. They loved the hotel - being able to look out onto Ipanema Beach was so important for all of them. The restaurant at Sol Ipanema is much better than almost any hotel restaurant at which I have dined. The staff were courteous and helpful. "
