"Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The rooms are outdated, and the heating did not work, making the room uncomfortably cold. The food is overpriced for the quality. I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived raw in the middle—not rare, but genuinely undercooked. The cocktails were also disappointing, with very little alcohol despite their price. "It is located directly across from the beach. I like that. You must cross a busy highway to get to the beach. there are restaurants on the property. They do not offer inclusive meal plan. You can purchase food from street vendors on the beach side of the street. There is no night life and no shopping near. "I have stayed here many times. I have had issues with the cleanliness of the room twice. The bed sheets smelled like sweat, I had to put a towel over the sheets just to sleep. In addition to the smell of sweat, the bed sheets were also humid with a wet sensation to them. The bathroom also had that same smell of sweat."

"El baño no estaba tan limpio como esperaba, en las uniones de las mamparas de baño con el piso se veía mugre acumulada por mucho tiempo. También en las uniones de los revestimientos. La ducha se veía fea, el hotel en general parece un poco viejo. Igualmente son detalles en general buena estadía excelente atención al cliente."
