"Could not adjust the room temperature with the thermostat. Pillows would inflate the second you lay off of it. Food was good and sauna was good."

"Both bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The amenities were amazing and we really liked the bathroom’s heating system. The dome is very safe and comfortable despite the strong wind, cold, rain and snow. The checkout cleaning process is a little bit too much though. We appreciate we could find such a nice place to spend our holidays with our furry friend!"

"I never got to go I tried to cancel and the hotel told me to call Expedia then I called Expedia and they kept me on the phone for over an hour and then just hung up . I did purchase the insurance and they didn’t even honor that !! Truly disappointing "

"LOVED our stay here, the house was perfect for our family weekend. We hand a few hiccups - no hot water on our first night, but fixed by our second night. And the large drive was full of ice when leaving - no salt or help to get us out - it took us over an hour to get out. It was a small portion of the large drive way was cleared - but it truly wasn't enough & I wish a bag of salt was left at the home for us to use (knowing its the winter). But overall, enjoyed our stay - just wouldn't go back...

"The home interior was well cared for and updated. There wasn’t any curb appeal as far as landscaping or updating for the yard. The interior was comfortable and home-like with lots of kitchen items supplied. That was nice!"

"property issues: Room #3: noisy rooms especially with adjoining doors, there was a family with kids next to us and it was noisy noisy noisy, drafty front door, no gasket to keep wind out, shower water pressure OK but shower head not working properly, came out like a garden hose, no hangers in closet could not hang up hiking clothes, (cafe/breakfast not open (they only tell you that once you book), pictures on website make the rooms look way better than they are. the only reason to stay here is...

"The property is set on a beautiful stretch of land in a peaceful, quiet setting—an excellent choice if you’re looking for a serene environment. The breakfast is very good, and while the rooms are somewhat outdated, they are impeccably clean. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always helpful."

"The room was cleanish. There was what I assume is soap residue on the shower curtain, a few stray hairs in the shower and I did not step on the floor barefoot. It was clean enough for what we needed but I would not book more than a few nights. There is only a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby. Water pressure was good and hot. Overall cleanliness was disappointing but for the price I didn’t expect much better. The staff that I interacted with was kind. "
