"Nice room with courteous staff"

"The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk. The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me. "

"I booked a king bed with city view. The room was dark, the drapes pulled back revealing another building (no city view). We looked and couldn’t find the remote for the TV. We called 3 times for a remote but nothing. Went down to lobby to complain, waited an hour…. Still no remote. "The room was clean and relatively quiet. I thought the firm bed was quite comfortable, too. For "breakfast", there was free coffee or tea. Not a big issue, with Applebee's serving breakfast right next door. It was a shock to pay $50 Canadian extra per night to park, but the hotel allows in-and-out. Similarly priced parking lots did not offer that. Not the hotel's fault, but cell phone service is really iffy around Niagara Falls, so I was hoping for a solid wifi signal in the hotel. It...

"Booked a 2 Queen room for my mum's birthday.. had dinner at the Keg downstairs and than a jaunt at the casino.. she is 80 and uses a walker wheelchair and everything was easy to get to which is important. Overall, had a great night and would stay at the Wyndham again. Nice hotel close to all of the action."

"I booked for 3 people but we were given 1 king bed which is quite small for us. I like the proximity of hotel to the falls and other attractions. The observatory is a great spot to view the entire falls."

"We stayed for three nights and our first night. We noticed spiders in our room, the next morning we had spider bites on us. After complaining, we were moved rooms. We found out after check out that parking is $50 per day and not $50 for the entire stay like we were expecting. The location is great, but we had a bad experience with our room. We were told by a staff member after the fact… that the third and fourth floor have issues with spiders because of the balconies."

"Great location! The direct connection to the water park was a huge plus. One thing to note, though: the elevator doesn’t go to the level with the skybridge, so if you’re traveling with a stroller, you’ll still need to navigate stairs. We requested a crib and extra bedding before arrival, but neither was in the room. We mentioned it again the following day and, unfortunately, still never received them.
