"Pleasant stay in this modern and immaculately clean hotel with friendl staff. Room was spacious and comfortable, very modern and clean, equipped with a coffee/hot water machine. Opening window which was good as the room became too warm once the sun came out later in the week, and lowest setting of aircon was only 18C. Interior courtyard nice for sitting out in. Un menu à 53€ qui n’en valait pas 30 : pas d’amuse bouche, entrée minuscule (gravlax de bar), plat insipide (turbot & langoustines), trio de chocolats non disponible et far breton en proposition de remplacement, brunoise d’ananas au lieu d’une compotée… à fuir !!!! "Nice large Apartment/ rooms with a sofa bed for the kids and a kitchenette. The Breakfast had a great selection. The staff were helpful and spoke French and English. The Hotel is excellently located in the centre of Le Mans with parking available on the street or at a cost in a secure car park."
