Chantal @ the Front Desk was very helpful with directions for transport, tourist venues & Cafés/Restaurants. The Hotel is Central to the Grasslin district, and Opera Square and once you got used to the many little Allés routes & the many hills, if you walk a lot, as I did, it got easier!

Great location just a few minutes stroll from the old town centre. Clean, nicely decorated hotel and room. Fresh breakfast, awesome staff. No complaints whatsoever. Unfortunately the weather was hotter than expected, so it was quite uncomfortable trying to sleep without air-conditioning. Would gladly stay here again in cooler weather.

This hotel is my choice whenever we come to Nantes. It's a lovely boutique hotel just down the street from the centre of the city - you can walk everywhere. The staff are really nice, and we always feel welcome - and remembered. The rooms are nice, not super large but great for our stays. The rooms and property is always clean and ready to go. In the room, the bathroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast here is one of the best parts. Lots of choices, including local specialties. Seating is in a comfortable courtyard room with a glass roof. Staff are really helpful when it comes to check-in and check-out and providing the information needed.

Our room was clean and option for cleaning daily, which we wanted. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Always saying hello and goodbye. They took security seriously. For our room, we would have liked a chair so that when you were in the room you didn't have to sit on the bed rather than a tiny stool. Breakfast was consistently good. Selection of bread, meats, eggs and hot drinks. I enjoyed the granola with yogurt and fruit. Fresh water with fruit slices are at reception.

Hotel ok. Very clean but very ordinary. Could do with decor modernisation.Very small classic room. Was glad I did not have a suitcase as no room for it. Tiny shower cubicle. Price reasonable for the room. Did not like that they charge €2 for coffee. Good points: very quiet area, very friendly and helpful staff.

The person at the desk, Chinese, was very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a block away from the town square and the walking line. Parking is about 2 blocks away but you can unload suitcases at the door first. Parking is $17US$ for overnight. There is no air conditioning in the room, only a small desk fan. No shampoo, only the soap/ shampoo combo. Rooms are small but clean. The bathroom was larger than expected and very nice. You do get road noise if you are on the front side of the hotel. For the price it is a good find.
