"Ideal for me and my dog. Used as an overnight stay. Easy parking. Room was clean and good service."

Was clean, is in need of an update, stair wells filled with bed linen, lifts not working, bar/restaurant had inattentive staff, but all were very polite when you managed to get someone. More of a 3 star, not a 4 like many other Novotels we have stayed in, however the price was still very reasonable."
