"Very close to train/subway station making it easy to get around Lyon"

"One of the worst hotel experiences we have had. I would strongly advise families to avoid this place. The atmosphere around reception made us extremely uncomfortable. People who appeared to be friends or relatives of the reception staff were standing around the reception desk, staring at guests and laughing, which felt very unprofessional and intimidating. The room was also terrible. The air conditioning was blowing hot air and felt more like a heater. Outside our window there were stairs that...

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great- near the train station and huge shopping area. The room was spacious and appeared to be updated recently-nicely decorated. The kitchenette was fully stocked with cookware, new refrigerator and dishwasher. I would definitely choose this Aparthotel again."

"Very nice place to stay."

"Our luggage was late, staff was very helpful and accommodating"

"Beautiful stay in Lyon. The team was so good we stayed an extra evening. Juliette and the concierge team was very helpful with dining and tours."

"The staff was helpful and professional. The rooms were small but well appointed. Love the decor and French wrought iron on the lift and staircase! Breakfast a bit pricey but very good. I would stay there again!"

"Excellent hotel with character and conveniently located. Extremely comfortable."

"Amazing 10/10"

"Staff lacked customer service expected with this level of hotel. Rooms were small and in need of repairs. The skeleton keys are original and very challenging to open. Although the location is excellent, we are not likely to recommend."

"Pullman in Lyon was ideal as were were leaving by train the next day. Turned out not just convenient, it was an excellent hotel for many other great reasons! Very hospitable and highly recommended."

"Very clean, very friendly staff, great location (even though there is a bit of a hill). 10/10 would come again."
