"The hotel is minutes from the train station and trams so it is easy to get around. The staff is friendly and the rooms were new and clean. We left something at the hotel and they were very helpful in sending it to us. Thank you."
"The hotel let me checkin early and the staff was very helpful. He asked me to not step into the luggage room because it had a strong smell. Very comfortable double bed with private bathroom for a very good price. It’s a 20 min commute to the city centre but only 10 min walk tog he Lyon train station.
I would be happy to stay here again. Very good experience. "
"Great place to stay for both families and couples! Nicely located in the centre of town, walking distance to all the shopping and dining. Also the hotel lobby has free coffee machine that makes hot chocolate too. Free water and sparkling water as well as nicely brewed herbal tea. Love the friendly staff and don’t forget to try their breakfast option, it’s quite nice, everything is done just right, including the drinks. "
