Cari Hotel di New York

"The room is too small, there is not even a chair. No coffee making machine nor an iron box. There don’t provide even drinking water. The only positive thing I can say about this positive thing is the great locational advantage. Other than that, it’s a shabby place. It took a lot of time at the registration desk. I won’t recommend it to my friends. It’s not a good place. Having collected resort fee, they charged $2 for a cup of hot water. It’s a hopeless place"

"Compact but well organized room"

"Good location, helpful staff, nice lobby. Small rooms but non-issue when exploring the city."

"Felt safe, staff was very helpful"

"Simple, budget-friendly, clean, and convenient. Only 4 min walk from a subway station (line E). Located in a nice area. Many good restaurants and bars around. The Greenacre park is across the street with beautiful waterfalls and a cozy cafe. Room is very small, basic, but quiet, comfortable, and functional. I would stay again."

"The bronze rooms are outdated- while clean, we made the mistake of staying in a bronze our first time- it wasn't a great experience- this building needs some updating. There was chipping paint in the hallway staircase. There is no reason for that. A property so large should be able to handel re-painting a staircase. Have loved our stays in the silver rooms tho- much nicer and updated."

"Everything was great!"

"Staff"

"Really enjoyed my stay at Arlo Midtown. The staff was very friendly, the room was very comfortable, the location is excellent as well. Overall great value for my money."

"N"

"The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are very small (it is NYC after all) and certainly could have used a small fridge and a coffee maker. These are bare bones. The hotel grew on me during my stay. It was nice having an excellent barista in the lobby."

"staff is super nice"
