The hospitality was impeccable, and the thoughtful welcome drinks were a lovely touch rarely experienced in Japan hotels. The room was beautifully spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. My son especially loved enjoying his own onsen experience in the bathtub, which made our stay even more memorable. The refillable water provided by the hotel was another thoughtful convenience that we truly appreciated. The frequent shuttle service to Karuizawa train station added great ease to our travels and enhanced the overall experience. "Large rooms. Excellent onsen and outdoor pool and sauna. Direct access to the ski area. Ski in and out. Free shuttle to Minami-Otari train station. Very reasonable lift ticket prices that allowed you to ski Norikusa and Cortina. Staff very helpful as well. All around great place to stay. "
