"Rooms were nice and in good condition even though older/dated condition. Rooms needed more lighting. Staff was very nice, helpful and took care of room maintenance concerns immediately. Breakfast was good. The parking lot was fine and for a holiday weekend accessible. The front desk personnel were very good during check in and with questions about the area, etc. Pool area had a hot tub but was down during the evening hours."

"The room included breakfast, which was a nice surprise as I did not see that in the room or hotel description. Nice hot bar and very complete assortment of other items. Nice to have this available each morning."

"The free buffet breakfast is outstanding. The hot tub is not working, they are waiting for parts. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order. We had to go to the third floor to get ice. They no longer offer shuttle services to Silver Dollar City. The AC in our first room wasn't working but they graciously moved us to another room. To me the cleanness and the free buffet breakfast bar outweighs all other issues. I would go back. The staff were professional and very helpful."

"The hotel was very clean. Check in and out easy, breakfast buffet was the usual ones at hotel, ok, and the entrance was inviting. The only thing that made it a 4 was that the room and BR quite tight. I really wouldn't have a problem recommending it or staying there again."
