"I booked a higher room category due to mobility limitations and the need for more space. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, with only about 20 cm between the bed and desk/wardrobe, making it hard to move or handle luggage. It was also directly on the street and noisy. "This hotel was really nice. It was clean all around & had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice with a wide variety. The adults only pool area on the roof was a pleasant surprise and was so nice. The only downsides for me were that the mini fridge in our room did not keep our items cold enough. "The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was great. The staff at the restaurant were very welcoming. However the rooms could have been cleaned a lot better. "The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. On our arrival we were met by Vladimir who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room was immaculate with clean towels twice a day, Marlon needs a special mention as he always left a different artwork with towels on our daily return.
