"Location: 5 minutes slow walk to and from the airport bus station. Surrounded by restaurants. 20 minutes slow walk to the Sliema Ferry terminal to Valletta and/or Sliema city centre. Room: big rooms, large size beds, decent TV screen, kettle, hairdryer, fridge, and excellent shower. Only thing to add is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled. Few button presses, you can switch it off. Customer service is ok and staff are polite. Restaurant and bar within the hotel. Noise: you can hear noise if you are unlucky to have a room next door to a noisy neighbour. You can hear banging of doors. You can also hear when the cleaning team are tidying in adjacent rooms."

"A very good and very reasonably priced property given the location and facilities. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning which we found to have a good choice of English and Continental options. This was our third visit in as many years."

"I had a rather negative experience at this hotel. It was a business trip and the availability of wifi is very important. The room i was given was one in the very corner below the swimming pool which is on the terrace. Wifi was terrible. Other than that, on the third day, there was a water leak in the corridor which flooded my room. The swimming pool pumps were above the room and was making a very loud noise i could not sleep. I went down to the reception to complain about it and the staff was not believing me. I stayed there and insisted that they should come up to check it out. After wasting 30 minutes the staff came up and agreed that it was very loud. After an hour they decided to move me to another room just for the night. This staff was very rude and ignorant. I had to wait him to finish a personal call for at least 15 mins before he attended the reception. Totally unprofessional. He was not even making an eye contact while on the phone just to avoid me. Never again!"

"Great hotel, clean and friendly helpful staff. The disability amenities could be improved, the ramps are quite steep but the staff are always happy to assist. I found the shower difficult to access with a wheelchair. Excellent restaurant, great food. Overall I would recommend highly."

"Breakfast is excellent a really good choice and well stocked. The room was spacious and had everything we needed the down side of the room was a silly blue motion sensor light that goes off all the time and really disrupts sleep. The robes need replacing a bit rough and old. It says there is a 24 hour shuttle from airport when I booked but there is not. What was disappointing is the indoor pool and outdoor pool are managed by another provider and they let you know. No robes or slippers in the spa for hotel guests a massive cockroach in the sauna not even a sorry. Quite a long walk through basement to indoor pool so make sure you collect your towel from reception this was a bit of a pain. You also have to book your sun lounger a day ahead. The beachfront hotel guests aren’t allowed in the front rows or around the pool that’s reserved for everyone else so didn’t feel like a five star. Tea and coffee provided in room but no biscuits but a nice chocolate and a turndown service. "
