"Such a great hotel for seeing the sights in Sydney. Couldn’t be more convenient. It is just steps away from the train from the airport which runs every 10 minutes. And the same distance to the wharfs for the views, dining, shopping and to see the harbour bridge and the opera house. Just perfect. Beautiful room with a view of the opera house. Staff was super nice and helpful. Definitely will stay here again when in Sydney."

While they command a near 5-star price tag similar to other hotels in Sydney, the actual room quality and comfort feel closer to a 3-star property. The room infrastructure is severely outdated. Our room faced Pitt Street, and the noise isolation was practically non-existent. We could hear everything from the street traffic to the bar...
