"Truly fantastic stay, the room upgrade was a welcome surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and welcoming. The a la carte breakfast menu in the preferred area was extensive and the food was cooked to perfection everyday. Minor areas for improvement would be the location of the smoking area near the preferred outside space, it was a little too close to some of the sun beds. Our first time at dreams and in playa Blanca, stunning hotel, professional and helpful staff and great perks being in preferred club including the mini fridge and free breakfast included. Beautiful views from the room, extremely clean and just perfect for our stay. Will definitely be returning. Cannot wait. "
