"The staff is very friendly. As we were late check in, and the buffet was ending in 40 minutes, the staff helped to arranged the simple check in and let us enjoy our dinner first. Also, I left my glasses in the hotel on the last day when I was on the way to the airport. I called the receptionist and she was very helpful. She suggested and helped me to call a cap to pick up my glasses from the hotel and send us to the airports. Same as other comments that the hotel is a bit dated but it was...

"Great hotel. Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help. We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money. Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def come here again."

"Das Royal Palm Resort & Spa ist ein sehr schönes und großzügig erbautes Hotel mit schöner Poolanlage und direktem Strandzugang. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber. "Beautiful hotel which made for a very relaxing holiday. Transport from airport arranged by hotel was great, easy check in and room was perfect. Hotel was immaculately clean and staff all very friendly. Plenty of dining options available and we managed to visit all of them during our stay. Menus were varied and our favourite was the Peseta restaurant and the Mediterranean restaurant. Buffet was a little hit and miss but overall good and breakfast choice was great.
