A lovely pre-Christmas stay

A nice quiet resort hotel away from hustle and bustle nightlife. Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Direct bus to and from airport a very short distance away. Was a good base to get to Acualand, Sioux City and other activities from. Very reasonably priced

Wonderful staff Relaxed atmosphere Clean accommodation with everything provided Very comfortable beds Nice powerful shower No interruptions to hot water Better quality food than similar places There’s an unavoidable step uphill stretch of road to get into town, but a taxi’s only €4 or €5, and it’s an easy 20-minute downhill walk back! Near the hotel itself there’s a good little Hiperdino supermarket, and a great free little botanical garden just before the corner where the uphill section into town begins.

Great stay for the price. Staff are friendly and accommodate all of your needs. Properties are a little dated inside but you get what you pay for. Food is varied every evening and decent quality. Only minor down points are the WiFi connection is intermittent at times.

Clean and well located and maintained

Overall a good stay. Clean nicely laid out apartments which are somewhat aging but everything including all the appliances etc worked wel. In a quiet location but only a 10-15 walk (uphill) to Yumbo. However , wifi coverage is extremely poor. Changing towels every 3 days is not sufficient.

This resort is well attended by Spanish familles which is great. The atmosphere is friendly and perfect for families with the children. If someone prefers peace and quiet, there are plenty of adults only hotels nearby. Cleaning service is good and consistent. The food is average to say the least but this was expected from 3 star. There are plenty of restaurants in Playa del Ingles.

Noisy Instalkation of Jacuzzi right outside!

Loved the duplex apartment! Staff were friendly! What negatively impacted our stay was the drilling noise from the work to install a jacuzzi just outside of our duplex! We mentioned it to a staff member who said this was the worst day and after the noise would be much less! Over some 5 days later it was still ongoing. On our holidays we do like to lie in get up late and breakfast outside! Therefore the noise significantly impacted our enjoyment! We mentioned it again and were to receive some kind of discount! To date we have heard nothing! This jacuzzi I stallion was clearly planned so why put anyone in one of the duplexes that are right opposite the work? Why weren’t we moved when we first complained about the noise? Why were we offered discount and yet have heard nothing! Aside from the noise issue would thoroughly recommend the apartment, pool, facilities etc

Spacious apartment very private and a good place to relax by the pool. Downside very basic self catering utensils and not one english tv channel out of over 50 channels caters more for german tourists first time we have experienced this in a canary island resort. Close to local supermarket and great bus service right outsider hotel

The property was good for sleeping, good for rest. The restaurant has a good variety of food. Poor cleanliness and ants in the kitchen. Suggest having a table and some chairs in the living/kitchen space to help you have a meal at home if you wish.

This property is a bit like a Premier Inn. It does what you want it to. Short walk to Yumbo. Longer walks to beaches but bus stop outside the hotel and taxi rank a short walk away. Negatives are that the decor is showing its age and could do with updating in all areas. Tricky door locks! Staff were very engaging and tried to ensure any quirks were quickly sorted.

wonderful place to stay, compared to the price. Spacious & clean apartments , cleaned and bedding changed and new towels regularly. Big pool and sunbathing areas. Nearby small market . Restaurant and bar are is ok, enjoyed the good breakfast in the mornings. Staff was Great, especially Life guard " Socorrista " and restaurant personal, always friendly with Big smile ! The only minus is that apartments need to update , especially bathroom is very oldfashioned & worn out. We was also missing space on counters, hat racks. But anyway. Overall the Hotel is value of money!
