"We stayed for 3 nights at Ayana, all of-the amenities and facilities are so full-filling, for sure this place is highly recommended. We had a bit trouble, our flight got cancelled..but Ayana welcomed us back, Igi from the front desk was so helpful. So we stayed one more night and had a pleasant time. Don’t forget to visit “Kisik” the romantic seafood restaurant, Naga bar by the pier and enjoy the Sunset from the lobby lounge…"

"Hotel is beautiful, but still lacks basic customer service details. We inadvertently left our “do not disturb” on for entire day while we were diving, so no housekeeping came (understandably.) However when we asked for potable water, they never brought it, nor when I asked for housekeeping to come later they never did. Soap was out in women’s pool bathroom, and breakfast was meh; mostly Indonesian dishes and the pastries were stale. The location is great and the design of the hotel is stunning,...

"Pickup and transfer from airport to hotel was fast. All staff I've encoutered are truly friendly and smiling. They allowed me to check in at 12:30, without charging extra. Area around hotel is safe and very walkable. Breakfast was delicious and a plethora of choices for good. Room was exceptionally clean. "

"Das komplette Resort, so wie unsere Garten-Villa waren absolut sauber, modern und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Mit der Essensauswahl, deren Qualität und derer Aufbereitung waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke, waren für die gute Qualität absolut gerechtfertigt und nicht überteuert. Das Personal war auch stets sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Jeder war stets bereit für ein nettes Gespräch oder uns Tipps für den Aufenthalt oder Ausflüge zu geben....

"We received a very warm welcome, but were then informed about a number of things we were not allowed to do in the room. To our great delight, we were upgraded to the suite on the 8th floor, which was very spacious and offered a sensational view. Very nice and large pool with swim-up bar. "Amazing private and beautiful property. Service level is very good. Accommodations, facilities (such as on site snorkelling, kayaking etc) and phenomenal spa. Food at the the restaurants could be a lot better (particularly for lunch/dinner/snacks variety offered, price and in only the big seafood platters quality) whilst breakfast is great - I say that having stayed at their sister property where we didn’t need to leave the resort to eat, here we did. "Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig an einer Straße gelegen, mit einer super schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist eine Bar mit direkt am Wasser mit wunderschönen Ausblick um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Personal war stehts freundlich und nett und konnte mir auch beim Transfer zum Flughafen helfen :)"

"Plenty of staff keeping the property clean but very little maintenance being done. Great location. Food is OK."

"Had a beach hut which was all we needed and found the staff stunning and so obliging and happy. Hut was great, loved the beach and snorkeling, paddling to other island on kyack. So peaceful and beautiful"

"Fantastic location, lovely staff, great rooftop seating. The only issue was the shower overflowing into the bathroom area. A little bit noisy with the nightclub below and the mosque. Would return again though as the positives outweighed the negatives."
