"Wonderful experience, staff was lovely, rooms were sparkling clean, and air conditioner was impeccable. Outdoor balcony view was love could see the whole stunning views,and the sunrise as well as sunset view was spectacular!!!"

"Excellent room, excellent house keeping and room services. Large breakfast selection. Mirador food not great at all, breakfast service for coffees, teas etc very slow/had to remind them of order as regularly finished breakfast before coffee was brought out. Spa facilities not included unlike other ‘luxury’ hotels I’ve stayed in. Service and food overall was a little disappointing but the hotel served its purpose as we weren’t staying planning to stay at the hotel throughout day anyway."

"The service was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially a lady by the name of of Sonsolas at the Guest Experience desk and Fabian at check in desk The amenities was let down by the very low powered air conditioning that on warmer nights made sleeping uncomfortable. Also only one small bottle of water was provided for the whole stay. Thank goodness there is a mini supermarket across the road for bottle water. There was no tissue box. Food at restaurants were good. We had breakfast and dinner. Location is excellent, walking distance to shops and restaurants We would stay there again"

"Wow!!! Absolutely amazing !! I’m so glad I’ve chosen this resort as an all inclusive family vacation. The location is wonderful, straight access to a gorgeous beach ( real sand not volcanic) with cute shops and restaurants on both directions left and right of the beach. The food is soooo good. Loved the restaurants and the variety. No need to reserve at restaurants except for one ( ember grill which was SOOO GOOD) love the pools and if you have kids there is one with slides that is also accessible for adults. For someone who is used to mexicos all inclusive, breakfast buffet didn’t have a huge variety like Mexico but the lunch and dinner beats the one in Mexico honestly! The hotel also organizes excursions and they’re great. What I loved about the resort is the cafe, you go in enjoy coffee, icecream, and desserts anytime from 11-6. I recommend choosing the all inclusive option so you can enjoy unlimited à la carte specially during lunch and dinner. The night vibes are very nice- all guests dress very chic for dinner, followed by entertainment that is also kids friendly. I recommend you walk by the marina at night to explore the cute shops and restos around. Service was amaaazing, wish if I can name each person to thank!!
