"The check in procedure was arduous; when I pulled into the garage I had to beep to get an attendant's attention, so I could get my ticket. There was an empty luggage cart there so I was able to have the (wonderful!!!) bellhop Allen bring everything upstairs for me. There was construction going on in the lobby so I had to do some prospecting to find the mezzanine level and get checked in. "I booked a solo trip here for my 22nd Birthday, 3 nights. Everything was amazing. My deluxe room was clean & spotless. The view was immaculate . The staff were very friendly and attentive. I even called down to the front desk so someone could zip my dress up for my dinner & She came immediately and helped. The outdoor pool was clean and nice. The designs and interior did it for me. I love the blackout curtains & moody style it gave. The only thing I disliked was no microwaves :( lol . 10/10...

The highlight of this hotel is where is located in the downtown area of Philly and exactly 2 minutes walking distance from the reading market. The hotel is huge and it has a huge capacity for a lot of guest, but the amenities are way too little. Also it’s a bummer that when you’re booking with Expedia or any other third-party, you take the room with the worst view. "

"The place felt pretty run down and could really use some updates. The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness the room and some common areas didn’t feel as clean as they should have been. The staff were nice and did their best, which I appreciated, but the condition of the hotel made the stay less comfortable overall. With better upkeep and more attention to cleaning, this place could be a lot better."

"We had a 7th floor room with a balcony with a view of Logan square. It was wonderful. The rooms were clean and updated. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, right by the museums but with easy access to the rest of the city. Walkable from city hall. "

"Breakfast buffet ok. Dinner overpriced - microwaved. No real room service. Contact w front desk not possible by phone- got unreturned voicemail. No cash in hotel (for tips). ATM not working. Staff in restaurant very nice and attentive. But front desk was incompetent and unresponsive. Quite disappointed. "
