Half of our stay was at a different location and boy was the stay different. This location made everything so much easier and the hotel was really nice. "We had booked two stays at each end of an Alaska trip and had understood we could leave a bag. I mentioned this on check in and was quite abruptly told its now against the manager's policy. I flagged that our main reason for booking a 4 night stay at the end of the trip was to be reunited with our luggage and the response was "shall I just cancel the return visit then?" no apology, no attempt to help, no suggestions available when we asked if they knew where else we might leave luggage.
