After paying over $600, I returned to the hotel late at night only to find there was nowhere to park. I drove around for nearly 20 minutes before being approached by multiple individuals offering parking in their lots, despite the fact that I had already paid $80 for parking through the hotel. "The staff were extremely nice! Loved housekeeping. And the cleanliness was extremely up to par. Would recommend and probably would visit in the future! "

"Our stay here was okay. Hot water was a bit inconsistent at times and it seemed like random things in our room wouldn’t work right, like the blinds and the office chair. Staff was friendly and helpful and the pool was really underwhelming. Nothing memorable, and would probably stay somewhere else if in town again "

"My stars were all high. But my overall rating was a three. This is because of small things that added up. The shower kept going from scalding hot to freezing cold every minute or so. There was *constant* banging around heard from another room that could be heard in the bathroom, even at 3am. The snack bar was not staffed, the machine wouldn't work with cards, and they had no utensils for things like ice cream. The sink was slow to drain, so it backed up frequently. One of the elevators broke....

The front desk staff were rude. The pool was not tended to at all by staff. There were people smoking/vaping in the INDOOR pool area in front of children. "

"Breakfast was nice, I requested an item twice from the water, and each time he said oh sure. Ig finished breakfast, talked with the new associate I met and left. Regardless of the waiters forgetfulness, I left a generous tip. 😊"

"Parking was $8 a night (not $5), you also have to walk outside either up a hill or stairs (terrible if raining). We have stayed in much nicer hotels, in the same area, for around the same nightly price. "
