There several small inconveniences that started to add up and eventually were enough that it lowered my opinion of the hotel overall. Things like running out of fruit at breakfast, paying for plain coffee that I had to make myself, staff knocking on my door and then entering with their own card to ask when I was checking out (It was the next day.)key cards failing to work,my room not receiving service. (I only wanted fresh towels but I had to pick them up.) I know they are all small things but I didn’t have the option to say “You didn’t deliver on your end so I am deducting 10% from the room charge.”
