"We paid to stay for the week. The room was not clean. The staff was not friendly. We checked into the hotel, but the room was not ready for guests. Turned in our keys the same day. Difficult to reach the hotel by phone."

"We did not feel safe staying here due to the 3 men hovering around our door as well as they were all smoking when we reserved non smoking and one of them looked to be living out of the room next to us as the room itself was not clean upon arrival and when we approached the front desk clerk he proceeded to yell about everything and refuse help as well as kept trying to get us to go back to the room instead of trying to assist and accommodate our concerns."
