Nice location with wonderful views of the city. The staff was very nice and property and rooms were clean. Some minor construction while we were there and elevators doors were a bit tricky. Breakfast included with the room was definately the right choice and was really good. Recommend staying here again

I had a beautiful view on the 43 floor. The food at both restaurants was delicious and service was wonderful. The gym kept me busy as well as the indoor pool. Having a built in Starbucks was also handy. Comfortable bed. The bathroom isn’t large, but I was a solo traveler so it didn’t bother me. I’ll stay here for the Big South tournament next year, as it’s a short walk to the congress center.

The stay was pleasant, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, when we arrived, the valet garages were full, causing us to have to find parking elsewhere. The parking situation was hectic, jam-packed, and just all around not ideal, which would be the only downside of the whole trip in my opinion. The way the parking situation was meant that once you parked, it was almost as if you only had to eat and entertain yourself at places within walking distance, or else you'd likely lose your spot and have to pay again.
