"No water for 4 days until 4, the staff were really rude specially Aisha was rude when the service was requested. This is worse staff experienced ever had. The staff was not motivated to work. Breakfast menu was great. "

"Location is great right off the highway but very noisy at the same time. One of the rooms was not clean when we received it with m&m laying all over the floor. Bathroom lock installed backward and the door opens on it's own, while the kids bedroom bathroom had no lock, room service would clean one room and leave the second as it is and when we called the reception over it they did nothing. "The water from the sink was very cloudy. You couldn’t see thru it. I said something to the front desk and they couldn’t do anything because I prepaid thru Expedia and they said it had something to do with the towns water but I don’t believe that. My uncle is a plumbing inspector in north jersey and owns a plumbing company and said it was the hot water heater at the hotel. Also, The pool is closed and that wasn’t listed on their website. "
