"Not even a coffee machine in the room. First time I stay in a room with no coffee machine. There was a refrigerator. Ice machine was not working in my floor. I asked for ice and took hours for someone to come and tell me to grt ice from ice machine. Then again I told ice machine broke, then i said I don’t need ice anymore "

"The staff was so friendly. They upgraded me without asking and were quick to help fix an issue with the TV. They provided restaurant suggestions. The room was small, but it had everything I needed. Makes the stay in NYC way more affordable. "

"The hotel needs an overhaul. The room is decent in size but the fixtures are old and unkempt. Bathroom door is peeling off same with the mirror in the bathroom.it looks tired,dark and not welcoming. "
