"This hotel has the worst elevator system I have ever experienced. There is normally a group trying to get an elevator on the first floor. At busy times you can wait up to ten minutes to get an elevator to take you down. This elevator system is a unique assigned car system that was over thought, very inefficient, and is hard on patrons."

We ended up waiting for many hours in a small cramped lobby. My wife is incredibly tired. We felt frustrated and angry, and when we had to be put in a room, we were putting in a room with incredibly noisy air conditioner. "Both elevators did not work. Needed to climb 12 floors on foot. While checking out staff asked "how was your stay". I mentioned the elevators not working made for a poor experience. The response was "I'm sorry to hear that". Not sure what the point of asking is if there's no intention to rectify the situation."
