"Love Ocean! Rooms have incredible views and excellent walk-in showers. Great rooftop pool and bar! Staff is helpful. Casino is clean. Easily the best hotel on the boardwalk."

"Check in was smooth. Pool was good and casino small but low limits on Sunday evening when we stayed. Alas whole property is looking a little tired and expect over the coming years the owners will sweat the asset while spending as little as possible."

"We started in section 2A of the parking garage and went down the stair well to be greeted by a 10 inch curved pile of human feces. That should have been the first sign of how this hotel stay was going to be. Between the carpet buckling, the stench of smoke in a no smoking area, elevators ready to amputate any limbs and my refrigerator outside of the cabinet when we walked in for no reason I would say that this place is an absolute no go for the future. I understand being outdated will happen...

"Check in is at 4pm which felt a bit late. Called the morning of to see if I could get early check in. They said yes, the room was currently being cleaned and would be ready at 1-2:30. Got there at 2:40 and they said the previous guest had just left our room, so clearly they hadn’t been cleaning for 3 hours. Then suddenly they said the room was cleaned after 10 minutes. "Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton. The room had a strong musty, old smell, and the air conditioning didn’t cool the room very well. While the lobby was beautiful, the rest of the hotel is extremely outdated and in desperate need of renovations. The front desk employee wasn’t welcoming and came across as miserable, which didn’t make for a great first impression. Another downside was the $30 valet parking fee. "MGM Tower is an excellent hotel. Great staff. Lovely view of the city. Good food. (-) Found mold on the ceiling of the shower. (+) Everything else was excellent, otherwise. I was comped free valet parking because of the issue in the bathroom. Will stay again."

"I had to dry off after my shower using the air conditioner because the staff took an hour to bring towels and charged me a smoking fee and I’ve never smoked in my life, make sure you check what they’re charging you."

"Property was outdated, room (216) was dingy, no toiletries present, adults smoking marijuana with small children present at the swimming pool. Property sits on on the corner of busy intersection, super noisy throughout the night. I do not recommend this property at all!!"

"Guys, fix the elevators. One is out and it causes waits at the elevators, since they're already so slow. We waited at one point15 minutes for an elevator to go back to our room. Other than that it's an old hotel it's a little worn and everything was I'd say about three star clean maybe four. Totally acceptable for a a family, we normally stay at high end places so for the average person I bet this is a five-star. The rate made up for any lack of anything. Very affordable and great for families."
