"When we arrived everything seemed fine and looked great. We only sleept one night, and in the morning when we woke up and were leaving, we lifted the sheets and found a bed bug in the bed, and it was horrible to see that."

"I liked the fact that the hotel was clean. My only complaint was that there was no battery in the TV remote and it lacked the battery back cover. The engineer came in a timely fashion put a battery in the TV remote, but no battery back cover. Other than that no other complaints"

"Property is still pretty solid although its age is beginning to show. Slots were tighter than all hell, couldnt win anything for two days. Room was clean but no maid service for two nights we werw there. Il Verdi was excellent and marketplace had some good snack options along with a great breakfast spot with Hash House A Go Go. All in all a decent spot but I dont think id pay as much as I did next time."

"Prior to check out 2 roaches showed and we were able to kill 1… when we reported to checkout and told front desk we were made to feel as we did something wrong because we reported it; we were told any monies old will be given back upon investigation."

"Had to park two blocks away. Two police cars were present upon arrival. Someone knocked on my door at midnight. It was hard to sleep due to all of the loud people outside after midnight. "

"I’ve stayed in the hard rock several times and never had a bad experience until this time. The room was nearly 800.00 for the night and it was the trashiest room I’ve ever been in especially for the price I paid for it. There was garbage from someone else left on the floor, the furniture is falling apart the lamp shade is stained and the carpet is stained, and full of cigarette burns. The “upgrade “ extra charge was more of a downgrade."
