"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were so pleasant and friendly, the room was spacious and so clean. The service was fantastic, sometimes in big resorts the quality of service can slip but that was not the case here. The food was amazing and lots of variety every day. Plenty of choice of pools so was never too crowded and the beach front is lovely. I can’t wait to come back. "

"Amazing hotel to stay. Being an avid traveller, I can say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The food is exceptional in quality and quantity. The staff are very friendly and cater to all needs. Such a lovely place to be to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive vibes. All staff are smiling and show so much care towards you. We were specially looked after by Abdallah who mostly works in Ginger bar and also Ibrahim who works in the restaurant. They looked after us so well. I'd 100% recommend this hotel and will be vising again"

"Initially we had some issues with our villa and with the condition of its balcony, which was due for refurbishment as the neighbouring villa was being worked on - so it wasn’t a great start, however the staff were attentive and sorted us out by relocating us a brand new private villa which in one word was WOW! Everything else was excellent and would most certainly recommend."
