"Property is a hidden gem. Originally when I booked, this was adult only however it changed to family right before i arrived. I didnt like that but i will say it was big enough that the kids who were there weren’t a nuisance. Staff exceptional! Thanks to them all!!"

"Wonderful magical gardens . Lovely friendly staff . Great gym . Although breakfast good all other meals were very tasteless . Even the mayonnaise and butter were of poor quality . After paying for one of your best rooms we were left very disappointed . The old fashioned shower wasn’t really of 5 star standard . Also the lack of electricity for half a day wasn’t great .

"Sunset views were amazing. My room was great and housekeeping staff were awesome, help me decorate for my hubby bday, got us champagne and a cake. The gym was ok, some machines did not work or broken. The massage therapist was not so good, we booked couples massage and it wasnt worth it. I loved everything about the resort except entertainment nights were boring, dj could play better music (excluding Riu party) and the buffet was my nightmare. "On it's own away from the outside area, this is an excellent property.
The beach can be accessed by others but that is not an issue and the beach traders are not intrusive.
Shopping, dining, leasure and activities all catered for on site but trips out can also be organised from within the complex.
But the the thing that makes this place are the staff, from the gardening team to head chef, each and every one was courteous, helpful and happy.
