Cari Hotel di Kanton Lucerne

"We loved this hotel. Our room was upgraded and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the train station and the main downtown area. The only negative is the rooms were stuffy as the A/C didn’t really work. It was 23 Celsius the day we arrived. We cooled down the room by opening the window. I"

"No coffee/tea in room unless you ask for it. travelled with 2 others in separate rooms, same rate, same dates. each room different. One had balcony with sweeping views, one had no A/C, one was in the basement/dungeon no views. Terrible value for cost. All hype because of amazing views and hotel location. Bed uncomfortable. We were in a 2-level room with closet in the lower level. Would not go back."

"It was a quiet place to stay with no street noise. The room was clean, but dated. Many stains on furniture and carpet. The hallway had a lot of stains on the carpeting. Could use a good cleaning."

"This hotel was charming and located right across from Lake Lucerne and a beautiful park area with miles of walking/biking paths. The room were clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely. They helped us with everything from dinner reservations to providing umbrellas when needed, and made great cups of cappuccino!"

"Convenient location, with train station and city center all within walking distance. Had laundry facilities, which would have come in handy later in our trip, but this was our first night in the country."
