My first time staying at a "Chateau". The property is beautiful, and the view of the city from your hotel room is also one of our highlights of this trip. Also, we enjoyed the bar very much. The staff of this hotel are friendly and helpful too.

The hotel is amazing with a great location. We had a perfect view of lake Lucerne from our room. The lift to go down to the main town was right next to the hotel and it was easy to get to the city from there. Our room was clean, large and spacious. There was a great restaurant in the hotel and the staff was warm, courteous and extremely helpful. There was parking at the hotel as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely stunning historic part of Luzerne. We stayed in the Victoria Suite and it was magical. The staff is so friendly. Views are amazing!! The only negative is it is a journey to get up (vehicular elevator and steps) but absolutely worth it.
