This hotel was perfect for us. They greeted us and were super helpful. Breakfast each day was wonderful. Our room was so nice and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get anywhere, by walking or public transportation. Mom and I loved our stay!

The staff were friendly and attentive at all times. The rooms were spotless and the beds and bedding clean and comfy. The breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal. The hotel is beautiful and quirky and ideally placed near the bus stops and train station. This is a great place to stay if you're planning a visit to Lucerne.

We stayed 8 nights. The breakfast was amazing, we were so thankful to have an included hot breakfast since the food in Switzerland is expensive. Hotel was very clean and the room was really nice. The shower was fantastic! One thing to note if you’re traveling from outside of Europe, there is no A/C. The room has a fan but the room was a little warmer than I prefer. Glad we traveled in October so it probably wasn’t as hot as summer time.

Staff great. Location central. Appears overpriced for a 3 star hotel in our opinion compared to what we subsequently encountered in the same area with some 4 star hotels. Room was a generous size with very basic fit out which is compatible with that expected for 3 star.

Excellent place to stay, the location is unbeatable and the rooms are very cute. Price is quite reasonable taking into account this is Switzerland 😂 Highly recommend. Only suggestion would be for the TVs to have more English speaking channels/dubbing. Otherwise, excellent stay.

This hotel was great as a solo traveler in Switzerland for the first time. Easily walkable from old towne and the train. The room was large and quiet. The shower was nice and hot. The breakfast had a lot of options and I was able to make sandwiches for my daily excursions from the buffet. I alswpuld definitely stay here again. Also they had a fun photo booth in the lower level!
