"Overall the property was nice. We enjoyed our free upgraded room along with the pool. We encountered a few issues; the first being an emergency alert that went off in our room in the middle of the night for roughly 10 minutes. Secondly we ran into some housekeeping issues that delayed bedtime for our kids."

When we got to our room it was clean but the sheets were stained and the room was very worn down and outdated.
The shower drain was clogged and overflowed the bathroom and was never fixed while we were there. We also had ants in our room in one of the bedrooms and right next to and on the bed and they didn’t get sprayed until the last day we...

"I was booked in the wrong room, which was already occupied. The manager on staff promised a refund, but 3 weeks later no follow-up or refund was applied. The property is dated and needs upgrades. The property did not meet expectations."
