"Unfortunately, we barely slept at night. The AC was old and very loud, so we eventually had to turn it off completely. Then the refrigerator started making noise, so we had to unplug it as well. On top of that, there was a constant machine sound from outside, probably from a neighboring AC or refrigerator that I could hear from our room. The pool restrooms were also not well maintained. The location, however, was great, we really loved it. The staff tried to be helpful, which we appreciated. "

"Resort was beautiful and rooms were spacious and clean. We had an issue with housekeeping one day, but Annie took care of it for us. Everyone was wonderful. Would DEFINITELY return."

"The hotel was in amazing shape, the staff was super friendly and super helpful. The concierge knew all of the good attractions to visit and had the ability to issue tickets while you spoke with her. The pool was very comfortable and the bartenders were super friendly and always walking around the deck to ensure your drinks were full!!!"

"Very close to all the action on Duvall St. . It was quiet and clean. Average continental breakfast. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. Spa was great "

"Great location! Outside of the Duvall Street bustle but within easy walking distance to everything, including the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The onsite outdoor bar, the Tipsy Rooster, features great drinks and live music. The onsite pools are great. One has plenty of room for the family and the other is heated and provides a quieter, more laid-back and secluded place to relax. My go-to place in Key West for affordability and convenience! "

"The smell in the lobby is overwhelming. Such a heavy perfume if I could have found a room elsewhere, I would have. Fortunately, the smell was not as bad on the fourth floor, but you could still smell it in the room. The pool hours are unreasonable. For a hotel that has had a massive renovation there should not be peeling paint and dangling dry drywall in the hallways The power went out, and there was no ambient emergency lighting. "cute set of mini apartments/studios in a large house bldg...each room has a theme of sorts. The site owner meets you in person & walks you through the property and key west ideas to eat and drink...they can set you up with a boat ride snorkel etc - there are bikes to rent ..we easily biked all over the town. comfortable stay...outside the main busy loud streets so its relatively quiet."
