"We were move to the grand Hotel as the Abbey wasn't able to us. Staff was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and warm. Yes the hotel could be updated in the room, like a usb port. "

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Hôtel agréable et bien placé, personnel charmant mais le ménage laisse à désirer (traces de café sur les tables de nuit présentes à l’arrivée comme au départ) et malgré une réservation faite pile 3 mois avant, chambre avec vue sur l’escalier de secours et la cour interne des cuisines, comme si on avait réservé la veille la dernière chambre disponible ! Pour un hôtel qui se veut classe… c’est dommage."

"Both my husband and myself found the hotel to be just perfect location walk to the beach ideal for children..especially in summer months. Breakfast was great ample choice. However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal.."

"May stay was great but my next booking didn't go well as I double booked a room at the ibis and hotels.com never done anything to get my £75 back I had to go the ibis and sort it myself. Which ended up me cancelling my reservation for the grand this week 🤔"

"Hotel un peu vieillissant mais vraiment agréable. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Notre fils avait son petit lit à coté du notre. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Il y a un LIDL à 5min de l'hotel en cas de besoin et c'est juste à coté du site des tombeaux des rois. "
