"The reception staff we talked to were very friendly, but the gate guards and on-site security staff not so much especially considering the family friendly atmosphere they want to provide. We checked in late due to travel delays and no bed sheets or towels were left in our cabin and it took until 8pm the second day of our stay to get them. "The hotel was average overall. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We contacted the reception three times, and while the staff were responsive and tried to help, they were unable to fix the issue. As a result, we had to sleep in a very hot room, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Sadly, because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. Seriously, if you hate your job so much but still need the job, the least the hotel management could do is...

La chambre où nous étions sentait l'humidité et il y avait des traces de moisissures du côté des fenêtres. Le canapé-lit n'en est pas vraiment un c'est plus un petit lit d'appoint ce qui fut un inconvénient pour faire dormir mon enfant. Sinon le reste était acceptable."

"This hotel was perfect as our flight into Paris landed at late at night. It is really close to the airport and less than a 5 min walk to the closest train station to get into the centre of Paris easily the next day. It was clean, well maintained and had good aircon!!"

"The place is reasonably priced. My primary complaint is that my room’s air conditioner did not work. They were supposedly booked and could not provide another room. The did provide one of the many fans they have as a solution. Unfortunately, hot air with fans congest me. No refrigerator in the room. It was not too difficult to survive for one night."
